AmpBoard is a mobile application that allows users to create large, bold text displays on their mobile devices. The App is designed for personal, non-commercial use in appropriate settings such as events, celebrations, and personal expression.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use AmpBoard responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. You may NOT use the App to:

  • Display illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or offensive content
  • Harass, intimidate, or harm others
  • Violate any local, state, national, or international laws
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Display content that could cause public disturbance or safety concerns
  • Use the App in restricted areas where electronic devices are prohibited

4. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • All content you create and display using the App
  • Ensuring your use of the App complies with venue rules and regulations
  • Respecting the rights and privacy of others
  • Using the App in a manner that does not disturb or endanger others

5. Intellectual Property

AmpBoard and all related materials are owned by us or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes. You retain ownership of any original content you create using the App.

12. Promotional Submissions

Users who submit images or videos as part of our special launch offer agree to the following additional terms:

  • AmpBoard reserves the right to assess the validity of all submissions
  • Submitted images and videos may be used by AmpBoard for promotional purposes including but not limited to marketing materials, social media, website content, and advertising
  • By submitting content, you grant AmpBoard a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute the submitted materials
  • By submitting, you agree that you and any individuals appearing in the content may appear in AmpBoard's promotional materials
  • You confirm that you have the right to submit the content and that it does not violate any third-party rights
